The architectural development of the project was conceived by relating to the different heights of the surrounding buildings, in order to become a unique and recognizable element but, at the same time, preserving a relation with the existing context. A simple twist of the base of the building, introduced a rotation from the existing curtain and gave the prospect a dynamic character and a greater visual impact, which is emphasized by the use of different materials. In particular, the monolithic volume has been rendered with a matte dark resin of anthracite color and it dynamically projects itself off the glass base.
